SUBSCRIPTION RULES
Registration fee
The registration fee does not include costs for flights and accommodation.
Registration fee for attendees includes:
Access to all conferences and exhibition area
Congress material
Opening ceremony
Digital certificate
We guarantee conference material only to pre-registered participants. For on-site registrations, we will follow a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the availability of material.


REGISTRATION SYSTEM
To register you must fill out the online form on the II International Sistemas Ertty Congress website with your personal information. You must provide a valid e-mail address, which will be your login, to access the site, make the payment and receive confirmation of your registration.
Please make sure that the e-mail address you provide in the form is correct, as it will be used for all congress communications.
Registration will only be completed once payment has been confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND CHANGE OF EVENT FORMAT
The participant who chooses to cancel the registration to the Congress and request a refund must do so by e-mail addressed to cursosertty@gmail.com, respecting the table of deadlines and proportionalities below:
For cancellations made:
until April 11, 2023 – refund of 80% of the registration fee;
from April 12, 2023 to October 31, 2023 – refund of 50% of the registration fee;
from Nov. 1, 2023 onwards – no refund of membership fee.
– For purchases made by credit card, the refund will be made directly to the credit card used for the purchase, within the PayPal Platform.*
Check with the platform the deadlines before making the cancellation.
NOTE: No cancellation fines are being charged, only operational costs related to cancellation are being discounted.

Registration is personal and non-transferable.
Accreditation
An identification document with a photo must be presented.
Only the registration holder will be able to pick up the material.


Participants must comply with the health laws in force.
